Disclaimers:

While these disclaimers are necessary and important, please understand that they are written in the spirit of our hope that you will find our website and courses informative, educational, and beneficial in your own journey towards greater health, well-being, abundance, and happiness.

1). The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and is not intended to be, or serve as a substitute for, medical or psychological or tax or financial advice, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other professionals with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition or financial situation. Never disregard professional medical or financial advice or delay in seeking advice because of information through this  our website or courses.  Viewers should make their own independent inquiries and judgments before acting on any information it contains.

2). The website and its owners or agents are not entering a professional relationship with the viewer. Nor should the information provided be used as a substitute for needed care from a licensed health or financial professional.

3). The self-healing practices we teach free and harmonize a person’s energies to stimulate innate health-promoting mechanisms and restore the body’s natural state of well-being. They do not attempt to diagnose, treat, or cure illness.

4). Qi Gong has been practiced over thousands of years in China and other countries, but may not be understood or accepted by some members of modern medical profession. Qi Gong is good for almost all people. However, you should not practice Qi Gong until you have fully recovered from the following health issues:

  1. any contagious disease (including a carrier of any contagious disease)
  2. mental illness (including family history of any mental disease)
  3. internal bleeding (including a recent surgery from which you haven’t fully recovered)

5). Testimonials and explanations on this website do not constitute guarantees, warranties, or predictions.

6). Our programs, classes, videos, audios, and Qi-Infused products are listed on this website to inform the viewer of available resources. The teachers and affiliates of The Thriving Foundation (AKA formerly PureBeautiful Healing Foundation) accrue no liability based on the viewer's use of these resources.

7). Although the Qi Gong practices presented on this website are widely viewed as non-invasive and benign interventions into the body's energy systems, any procedure that frees energies that have been blocked may cause mild reactions such as nausea, headaches, or temporary pains as the energies begin to move and reset themselves. While such reactions should be noted and common-sense assessments made, they often indicate that the procedures are working and benefits will persist after the discomfort has passed. It is also possible that a condition such as a cold or the flu was incubating, so it might appear that a cause-effect relationship was involved when it was actually a matter of coincidence.

8). The educational presentations this website contains have no relationship with any of the affiliates our teachers are associated with in their other jobs including that of a financial advisor.

9). The viewer of this website assumes any and all risks associated with using information it contains, agreeing to hold harmless  the teachers and affiliates of The Thriving Foundation (AKA formerly PureBeautiful Healing Foundation) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, and/or injury that may occur out of the use of the self-healing practices.
