Agreement

I warrant that I am physically, mentally and emotionally well enough to be able to participate in this free healing session. I warrant that if I have been diagnosed with any contagious disease or mental illness, I have consulted my healthcare provider, who has encouraged me to participate in this healing session. I also warrant that I have not had a surgery recently or internal bleeding. If I had one, I have fully recovered from the surgery or internal bleeding. If, in the future, I am diagnosed with any contagious disease or mental illness or have a surgery or internal bleeding, for my own protection, I will stop participating in such healing events until I'm fully recovered, unless my healthcare provider clears me to participate. The reason for excluding the health conditions listed in the Agreement is because the power of Qi might not be safe for certain conditions, such as internal bleeding or mental illness. For other conditions such as contagious diseases, this healing modality hasn't been proven to help. I release the teachers and affiliates of The Thriving Foundation from any responsibility for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
